I think overall PAWS is a wonderful program and I do love it especially the ability to have more control and automation of pricing structures than I'm used to and the record keeping part (a huge seller in my book). It is nice that I can cut and paste lab work into the program and do all my medical records without having to go through stacks and stacks of paper records and then file them. I haven't needed the reminder system yet, but that is a definite plus for your program. In addition, in the first month of having the program, I am quite impressed by your customer support. I was taken aback by the phone call we got to warn us about the new computer worm that is going around. I get the impression that you guys care more than just getting another customer and then forgetting about them.
